The army chief stated that there was no shortage of resources in Pakistan during an in-camera national security meeting held in the National Assembly auditorium, but that "we should leave the argument of new and old Pakistan and talk about 'Our Pakistan.In response to the recent revival of terrorism, the COAS stated that the armed forces were prepared to ensure a lasting peace in the nation and that intelligence-based operations were under progress in that regard.He emphasised that in addition to the security services, all government departments, including the legal, economic, social, and external ministries, would need to participate in the fight against anti-state elements.This is a continuation of the state plan that has already been approved, not a brand-new operation.
