The play focuses on tribal families and the sacrifices they make for their traditions in contemporary Pakistan. Sang e Mar Mar, which concluded in 2017, and the plot of this series were continued. On Sunday, the concluding scene of singer Atif Aslam's debut drama Sang-e-Mah saw his character Hilmand and Kubra Khan's Sheherzad come to an agreement. Not all online users were pleased with the ending, primarily due to the deaths of Zarsanga (Samiya Mumtaz) and Haji Marjaan (Naumaan Ijaz), who were central to the finale's focus on the jirga's (council of men) criminalization of ghag, a practise in which a man shoots three times into the air to demand a woman's hand in marriage.Not everyone on the internet was pleased with the film's resolution, primarily due to the deaths of Zarsanga (Samiya Mumtaz) and Haji Marjaan (Naumaan Ijaz).          The council gathered at the beginning of the show to discuss Zarsanga, who killed her husband for performing ghag without getting her permission. The tribe's chief, Haji Marjaan, secretly marries her and adopts Hilmand (Aslam), her son. They are parents of Hikmat (Zaviyar Ejaz), a boy.
