LHC to talk up imran's plea seeking dismissal of 121 cases registered against him has been fixed before the Lahore High Court (LHC) for today (Monday).Imran and the PTI were both listed as petitioners in the plea, a copy of which is accessible at Dawn.com. According to the report, the government was "misusing" the legal system to prevent the PTI leader from running in the upcoming polls. The PTI chief has claimed that more than 100 cases have been brought against him on numerous occasions. On March 24, while requesting protective parole in five cases brought against him in Islamabad, he informed the LHC of the same.The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), the federation of Pakistan, the province of Punjab, Punjab Inspector General Dr. Usman Anwar, the director general of the Punjab Anti-Corruption Establishment, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, caretaker chief minister of Punjab Mohsin Naqvi, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the Punjab Anti-Corruption Establishment, Imran was to be "eliminated from the political arena by any means necessary" and the "patently mala fide" goal of the "false accusations" was to "disqualify, arrest, or convict" him, according to the petition.
